No. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and nothing to pay for the app. We keep a share of each collection. It is already taken off the pay you are shown, so what you see is what you get. You are never sent a bill. On a cash job you are holding the customer’s money, and the app tracks what you owe until you remit it.

Every job shows its pay before you claim it, and that is what you earn when you finish. Travel is paid on top of your share: the distance charge, and a van call-out where one applies, come back to you in full. The pay is then held for three days, the time the customer has to raise a problem, and after that it is yours to withdraw. If a problem is upheld inside those three days, the refund comes out of that job’s pay. On a cash job you are already holding the money, so nothing is held back.

Earnings build up in your collector balance as you complete jobs. You request a payout in the app and confirm it with your transaction PIN. We review it, then it goes to the bank account on your profile. Money never leaves on a request alone. There is a minimum payout, and the app shows it when you request.

You weigh each material at the door with a scale photo. The app prices that verified weight at the day’s rates. You pay the seller that amount in cash before you leave, and they confirm in the app that they got it. The material is then yours to sell on. Our fee on the trade is shown to you before you claim the job.

In the app, from Profile → Delete account. Two things have to be clear first. Any job you have claimed must be finished or handed back, and any buy-back you have accepted must be finished or ended in the app. And your earnings must be paid out: money that can still reach your bank has to leave before the account closes.
