    Register your estate

    Set up your estate or business in the app and onboard your units and residents.

  2. 2

    Put units on plans

    Shared service plans per unit. Group discounts apply automatically as your unit count grows.

  3. 3

    Choose how you bill

    Central billing from one estate wallet, with an approval queue for resident-raised pickups that keeps spend in check, or let each unit pay its own.

  4. 4

    Get your monthly report

    Spend, collections and misses for every unit, ready for the facility-manager meeting.

Estate wallet money pays for WasteAway pickups and plans. It cannot be paid out to a bank account, so top up what the estate plans to spend, and keep a second manager on the account who can spend it.

Discounts are applied per unit and shown in the app before you confirm a plan.

  • 1 to 4 units

    Standard

  • 5 to 9 units

    3% off

  • 10 to 24 units

    5% off

  • 25 to 49 units

    7% off

  • 50 units or more

    8% off

Estate plans also carry a per-visit gate fee for the collector’s trip, from ₦200 up to ₦1,000 per visit depending on distance. It is charged once per visit and split across all the units served, so the denser the estate, the less it comes to per door. See the full pricing guide for what a pickup and a plan cost.

    Every collector submits a government ID, NIN and a guarantor, and is approved by our team before their first job.

    Completions carry a live, location-checked photo of what was collected.

    Itemised prices, per-unit reports and a full transaction history, all exportable from the app.
